After many different inspections by random Avant staff and an Avant appointed report that confirms all carpets have a “phenomenon” that makes them look water damaged. Avant think the carpets we purchased with the house are of an acceptable standard and refuse to replace them or refund our money. Is this what they mean when they say “live for wow” !

last update from Avant 17th June 2024 !!! ( be warned this is Avant’s acceptable standard ) Hi , Fully appreciate your point of view regarding this matter. I got a further opinion from our customer service manager and he was in agreement with the others. Avant’s position remains the same in that we will not be liable for replacing the carpets.
